Objective
Design a prototype for ADP's next-generation data integration platform that would enable HR professionals to combine ADP's payroll and workforce analytics with third-party HCM data sources, creating a unified view of human capital insights for enterprise clients.

Creative Process
1. Stakeholder collaboration: Worked directly with Chief Data Officer to understand technical vision and business requirements for multi-source data integration.
2. Industry immersion: Learned complex HCM data relationships and Fortune 500 enterprise analytics.
3. Lo-fidelity prototyping: Translated conceptual discussions into digital wireframes using InVision, focusing on key user touchpoints that aligned with executive presentation goals.
4. Iterative refinement: Conducted informal review sessions to brainstorm data visualization approaches and refine user flows for combining competitive HCM data sources.
5. Conference preparation: Delivered presentation-ready prototype showcasing API integration workflows and cross-platform analytics capabilities.

Results
This project provided invaluable experience in enterprise UX design and stakeholder collaboration at the C-suite level. Working directly with senior leadership on emerging technology concepts enhanced understanding of data privacy considerations, API integration UX patterns, and the complexity of Fortune 500 decision-making processes. The informal, rapid-iteration approach demonstrated the importance of translating high-level business vision into tangible user experiences, skills that proved essential for future enterprise software projects.
