Verizon Service Site

I was asked to evolve and redesign the existing site for our Verizon customer's, that gives access to content, contact, and the ability to file a claim.The redesign and enhancements would be presented to the client, to show our forward thinking of the product, with the intent to be developed at a later time.

Problem Statement

I was tasked with creating a new digital experience for Verizon customer's who have a protection plan with Asurion. It's primary goal would be to provide user's easy access to all of Asurion's & Verizon offers.

Approach

We know that no two people are alike. Everyone has different brands and devices they're drawn to. With that notion, I proposed a site that our customer's would be able to customize by creating a digital profile of all their tech, which would then serve them the most relevant content.
